What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to exceed sales targets across new and used vehicles.

• Create a high-performance, customer-focused culture built on teamwork, energy, and results.

• Drive individual and team performance through strong leadership and hands-on selling.

• Oversee sales operations, budgets, and profitability for Suzuki & LDV.

• Engage directly with customers, close deals, and lead from the front.

• Collaborate with marketing to develop smart, targeted campaigns that bring results.

• Track and analyse performance data to identify opportunities and celebrate wins.

About You

• You’re an experienced automotive sales leader (minimum 12 months in management).

• You bring energy, drive, and accountability to everything you do.

• You know how to motivate teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• You thrive under pressure, love hitting targets, and always look for the next opportunity.

• You hold a valid Australian driver’s licence and full working rights.
