Stores & Parts Coordinator

Bull Motor Bodies is a proudly West Australian company with a national presence, manufacturing and supplying quality vehicle bodies across the country. We are looking for an experienced Stores & Parts Coordinator to join our established stores team at our Bibra Lake production facility.

This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside an experienced team to keep our stores operation running smoothly and production well-supported. You will bring solid warehousing knowledge and be comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment where accuracy and reliability matter.

What the role involves:

• Managing day-to-day inventory, stock organisation and parts ordering

• Picking manufactured components for branch distribution and internal production orders

• Assisting with regular inspections and quarterly and annual stocktakes

• Working closely with the scheduling team to ensure production is well-prepared and workflows run smoothly

• Operating a forklift safely as part of daily warehouse tasks

• Contributing to a well-organised, positive team environment

What we are looking for:

• Solid experience in a stores, warehouse or parts coordination role — manufacturing experience an advantage

• Current forklift licence and driver’s licence

• Good computer skills and confidence working with inventory processes

• Reliable, detail-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team
