We are searching for a bold and savvy individual to join the Urban Miss team as our Salon Co-coordinato/Receptionist with the right attitude and personality to create smiles and a difference!

This is a part-time position, approx 20hrs/week, including late nights and Saturdays.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Successfully run daily salon operations.

• Ensure client experience is second to none, managing bookings (phone, email, text, social media, etc) in a timely manner, overseeing the completion of confirmations, cancellations and no shows as they arise, capably handle client compliments and complaints and welcoming clients when they arrive for their appointment

• Provide support to the director & manager.

• Open/Close the salon

Experience / Qualifications

• Prior experience coordinating a busy reception

• Minimum 6 months of reception coordination experience required

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Your an absolute stickler for organisation and attention to detail

• You take pride in your presentation, your reliable and honest.

• Your bright, bubbly and friendly, a real team player.

• You LOVE hair, makeup and brows - because we certainly do!

• You handle pressure, are able to think on your feet when the unexpected happens

• Your happy to get hands on and help the team when needed.

• Would be very much suit a person who is/was a beauty therapist/hairdresser and loves being around the industry but no longer whats to work on the floor. But not essential.

• Australian work rights are required for this position

• Availability required Tuesday to Saturday including late nights
