Who are we

At Fortress Collision Repair Services, we’re not your typical repair business.

We’re an independent, market-leading automotive repairer and the partner of choice for insurers — specialising in high-severity collision repairs, including complex, non-drivable, EV and mechanical work.

But what really sets us apart is our people.

We’re building a workplace where people feel valued, supported and challenged — where you can grow your career while being part of a high-performing team.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Parts Manager who wants to take ownership of a critical function within the business.

This is more than just ordering parts — it’s about keeping production moving, solving problems quickly, and being a key part of the repair journey from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with production and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage end-to-end parts procurement and distribution

• Ensure parts are available to meet repair schedules

• Handle credits, returns and supplier relationships

• Support production teams to minimise delays

• Participate in Production Meetings

• Maintain accurate systems and records (iBody / Parts Check)

What we’re looking for

• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

• Strong communicator who can work across teams

• Highly organised with the ability to juggle priorities

• Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in parts, automotive or similar (highly regarded)

• Systems experience (iBody / Parts Check) a bonus

Why join Fortress?

• Competitive salary + monthly incentives

• Real career growth opportunities (we promote from within)

• Supportive, team-first culture

• Be part of a modern, growing repair network

• Long-term stability in a strong business

Our values
