As a Kia Sales Consultant, you will:

• Guide customers through the end-to-end vehicle purchasing journey

• Build strong relationships and deliver a premium guest experience

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Work collaboratively with a high-performing sales team

• Stay up to date with Kia products, promotions and market trends

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Current QLD Motor Salesperson Licence (essential)

• Proven experience in automotive sales (new or used vehicles)

• Strong sales drive with a results-oriented mindset

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently close sales

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• A team-first attitude with a proactive, “can-do” approach
