Join the Riviera Australia Dealer and Owner Care Team

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Genuine Parts Interpreter to join Riviera's Dealer & Owner Care Team.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Working closely with Riviera owners, dealers, and trade professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring parts enquiries and orders are managed efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

About the Role

As a Genuine Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing parts advice and support while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to spare parts enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Process customer orders and payments accurately

• Provide parts advice and recommendations to owners, dealers, and trade professionals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal departments

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, online, and face-to-face interactions

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, and assist customers with order collection and loading

• Assist with biannual stocktakes and support the team at industry events, including the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show

Desirable Skills & Experience

The following knowledge and experience will be highly regarded:

• Knowledge of Riviera products and systems.

• Experience within the marine industry.

• Understanding of vessel systems and boat-building processes.

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Previous experience in parts interpreting, customer service, or a similar role.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
