Badhams Panel Beating have an exciting opportunity available for a Receptionist to join our vibrant admin team in Maroochydore for immediate start.

Come and work for one of the busiest smash repair businesses on the Sunshine Coast proudly servicing the area for more than 43 years.

Due to an increase in demand we have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Candidate MUST HAVE Insurance Company experience and knowledge with vehicles and the Panel Beating Industry.

Daily tasks will include but not limited to;

• Liaising with insurance companies, assessors and customers

• Answering phone calls

• Must have strong communication and multitasking skills

• Data Entry with Software (iBody, Audanet, Estimage)

• Using multiple programs to ensure customer enquiries and data entry is up to date

• Process Invoices (Debtors/Creditors)

• Daily processes and systems

Previous knowledge and experience must include;

• iBody, Audanet, Estimage

• MUST HAVE Insurance company knowledge

• Multitasking on day to day basis

• Knowledge and experience with the automotive industry

• Understanding of repair industry basics and processes is required.

• General office duties

• Excellent customer service skills

The person must be self motivated and well organised to approach day to day tasks in a busy fast paced environment.
