Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain HR truck (4-ton truck) for deliveries and pickups of formwork materials to and from jobsites around Sydney Load and unload formwork equipment safely using a forklift Maintain yard cleanliness and organisation Assist with sorting, stacking, and basic maintenance of formwork materials (timber, steel, etc.) Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues Maintain material and equipment register Coordinate with site and yard teams for timely material handling Ensure compliance with WHS procedures and site safety standards General yard duties as required Essential Licenses and Qualifications: HR Truck Licence (Heavy Rigid) Forklift Licence (LF) White Card (Construction Induction Card) Previous experience in a yard-based or construction material handling role Good physical fitness and willingness to perform manual tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer knowledge Desirable: Experience with formwork or construction material handling Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks/forklifts Understanding of load restraint and safe loading/unloading practices Requiring occasional Saturday availability
