Express Portables is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on, reliable General Labourer / Yardperson to join our team full-time. We're after that old-school, jack-of-all-trades type—someone who’s just as comfortable with a power tool or on forklift. 🔧What You’ll Be Doing:
Unpacking shipping containers and loading/unloading trucks using various size forklifts
Preparing portable buildings for customer delivery and display
Performing minor repairs and building maintenance
General property, yard, and landscape maintenance
Keeping our dispatch yards and display village tidy, organised, and safe environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in general labouring or construction
Practical handyman skills
Strong awareness of workplace safety
Forklift licence (essential)
Reliable, punctual, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
💰 What’s in It for You?
Full-time, permanent position with a well-established and expanding business
$75,000 annual salary ($38/hour)
38 hour work week
11.5% superannuation
4 weeks annual leave + 10 days sick leave
