Overview of the Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Yard Person, to join our growing team at Paul Wakeling Motor Group.

The successful candidate will be motivated and a cooperative team member with the initiative and reliability to work unsupervised. This role would best suit someone with an interest in the automotive industry and a current valid manual driver's license is a must.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Moving stock both on and off premises as required
Maintaining a presentable yard.
Receiving vehicle deliveries from car carriers
Document & report any damage to vehicle
Working directly with the stock control team daily
Assisting the Yard hand team at all locations

The Successful Applicant Must have:

Automotive Dealership experience an advantage.
High attention to detail
Trust-worthy and reliable
Well presented.
Fast learner
Ability to work unsupervised.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
Great organising abilities and Self-motivated.
Punctuality, reliability and flexibility and take pride in your work.
