About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and diligent Parts Manager to join our team. 

The Parts Manager will be responsible in ensuring Dealer enquiries and parts orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner. 

You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and General Manager, and will be working alongside a Parts Interpreter. The position is full-time and based in Cockburn Central.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all enquiries from dealers and customers in a professional manner.
• Raise sales quotations and sales orders.
• Review sales orders and send to warehouse to be completed.
• Actively monitor progress of sales orders and advise dealers of any delays.
• Liaise with other departments to fulfill orders and raise/complete work orders for parts required.
• Regularly review and update RRP on webstore and price pages.
• Assist the Sales Manager in boosting sales and update sales spreadsheets.
• Assist the Service Manager in warranty parts orders.
• Assist Stores in forecasting/managing stock levels to meet demand.
• Update and maintain Parts, Assembly, Owners and Operators manuals.
• Update and maintain webstore and look for improvements.
• Attend Agricultural Machinery Field Days as needed.
• Provide after-hours call out support to dealers and farmers during seeding season.
• Maintain and uphold our strong commitment to OH&S.

 

About You

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• 3+ years experience in Ag Parts or similar technical field of work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills.
• Proactive and problem solving skills.
• Reliable, diligent, and organised with a strong customer service focus.
• Product knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Agricultural industry background and Pronto experience is an advantage.
• Be a leader and team-player.
