Task & responsibilities

As a full-time Car Wash Manager your key tasks and responsibilities will be but not limited to followings:

• Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the car wash site.
• Supervise and ensure vehicles are cleaned to a consistently high standard.
• Managing and supporting a small and long standing team.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
• Prepare rosters and manage attendance, performance and daily team requirements.
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff.
• Monitor cleaning products, equipment and other supplies.
• Support sales growth, manage costs and work towards operational targets.
• Provide regular updates on staffing, operations and performance.

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience in managing a car wash, automotive service, retail, hospitality or other fast-paced customer-service business.
• Diploma of Leadership & Management - required
• Bachelor level education in Business, Management, or relevant stream - preferred
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• The ability to work efficiently in a hands-on environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A practical approach to managing staff, equipment and daily operations.
• A current driver's licence is desirable
