As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Geosynthetic Installation Technicians to join site teams and uphold our standards for quality and safety.
About the Role
In this hands-on field role, you will help deliver high-performance geosynthetic installations on major projects across Australia. Working under site supervisors, you will support site preparation, liner deployment, technical welding, and daily project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment & Tool Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain wedge welders, extrusion welders, and other installation tools safely.
Quality & Technical Execution: Complete high-quality geomembrane welding and assist with weld integrity checks.
Documentation & QA: Record completed work and maintain accurate installation records for quality control.
Teamwork & Delivery: Work collaboratively with the crew on fast-paced project sites to meet deadlines.
Safety Culture: Uphold a strong safety culture and follow all relevant regulations and site protocols.
Field Operations: Complete physically demanding tasks, including liner deployment in challenging outdoor conditions. This collaborative field role keeps you directly involved in daily site operations, with a strong focus on high-quality execution, safety, and hands-on teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in geosynthetic lining installation and geomembrane welding.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of geosynthetic specifications, installation methods, and weld integrity testing.
Teamwork & Communication: A strong work ethic and a collaborative approach with crew members and site supervisors.
Safety First Mindset: A firm commitment to work health and safety (WHS) and environmental compliance.
Adaptability: Ability to stay focused and perform well in fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor environments.

RIIHAN203 Conduct Lifting Operations
IAGI or TWI/CWT welding certification
