Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing all vehicle warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and supporting the service department with warranty-related administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with the manufacturer to ensure timely claim approvals
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and follow up on outstanding claims
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and dealership guidelines
• Investigate and resolve any rejected or disputed claims
• Support the service department with warranty-related queries and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate storage and documentation of warranty parts in line with manufacturer requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be living in Australia to be eligible for this role
• Previous experience in a warranty, service administration, or automotive clerical role 
• Good understanding of warranty claim processes and manufacturer guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
• Proficient in dealership management systems and administrative software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
