We specialise in the repair and maintenance of light vehicles, trucks and commercial fleets, as well as new truck sales and servicing through our Daimler franchise.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Clerk to join our Perth-based team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience processing automotive warranty claims (manufacturer or aftermarket)

• Strong administration and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator who can liaise with technicians, service advisors and manufacturers

• Knowledge of dealer management systems (e.g. TUNE, Pentana or similar) is highly regarded

• Mechanically minded or familiar with vehicle repair processes

• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure

• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office

• A friendly, professional manner and a team-first attitude

Experience in an automotive dealership or fleet maintenance environment will be highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing manufacturer and supplier warranty claims accurately and on time

• Reviewing repair orders to verify eligibility, documentation and compliance

• Tracking and reconciling warranty receivables to ensure prompt payment

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of warranty policies and procedures

• Assisting with audit preparation, compliance reporting and record-keeping

• Liaising with workshop and service staff to resolve queries and support smooth operations

• Providing general admin support within the service department when needed
