We’re now looking for an Inventory Clerk who enjoys getting stuck into the detail of stock accuracy and warehouse operations.

About the Opportunity

As an Inventory Clerk, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining inventory integrity and supporting warehouse flow. Working closely with supply chain and our warehouse teams. You’ll be the point person helping identify discrepancies and opportunities to streamline workflows in both the warehouse and production.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of the inventory team, you will be assisting with:

Inwards Goods:

• Receiving and receipting inventory from purchase orders and transfer orders

• Arrange the put away of incoming stock into destination warehouse or location

Inventory Management:

• Slotting and location maintenance

• Capacity checks and calculations

• Cycle count processing

• Pick error investigations

• Barcode and GTIN maintenance

• Packaging barcode compliance checks

• GS1 barcode reports

• Carton label creation

• Q-hold maintenance

• Stock holds and IPL notes

• Inventory adjustments

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies

Continuous improvement

• Drive initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and availability.

• Support and lead team tasks or warehouse coordination during peak demand or projects

General

• General inventory and warehouse duties

• Accommodate for reasonable requests when required

• Ad hoc duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1-2 years of warehouse experience

• Valid driver's licence

• MHE licences and qualifications (ie. Forklift)

• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems

• Computer literate and well versed in MS Office

• Effective communications and process management skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Pronto Xi is advantageous or other ERP systems

• A proactive mindset—willing to learn, improve processes and go the extra mile when needed

• A team player who enjoys collaboration and shared success
