We’re looking for experienced and safety-conscious Underground HD Fitters to support our growing maintenance teams across a range of underground mining projects nationwide.

MAKO Mining is a specialist underground mining contractor focused on safely delivering high productivity and professional results in all narrow vein mining applications.

Full-time permanent position $45-$50ph + allowances (depending experience and qualifications) Workshop work allowance - $2 per hour Non-Mine Site work allowance - $3 per hour + 5% Site Allowance Mine Site work allowance $5 per hour + 10% Site Allowance Monday to Friday 9 day fortnight - Standard hours 6.30am to 3pm As much or as little Overtime available at penalty rates Day shift only, no nights or weekends (Saturday’s optional) Call out rates – minimum 4 hours paid at OT rates Further training and development including opportunity for Certificate IV in Fluid Power A great team culture Our client is a well-known and highly reputable national provider of high quality services to the mining, energy, industrial and agriculture sectors.
