About the role

Outdoor Blind Designs is seeking a full-time Outdoor Blind Installer to join our team in Greenfields, WA 6210. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of high-quality outdoor blinds and shades for our residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

Carefully measuring and assessing installation sites to ensure accurate fit and optimal performance of outdoor blinds
Safely and efficiently installing outdoor blinds, shades, and other related products
Conducting regular maintenance and repairs on installed outdoor blinds as needed
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns or questions
Collaborating with the sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhering to strict safety protocols and industry best practices

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an outdoor blind installer or in a similar building trades role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
A customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide high-quality service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
