About the role

Aussie Outdoor Blind is seeking an experienced Outdoor Blind and Folding Arm Awning Installer, Handyman/Carpenter to join our team in Midvale, WA. This Casual or Contracted position and will involve a variety of manufacture and installation tasks, ensuring our customers' outdoor spaces are transformed into functional and beautiful areas.

What you'll be doing

1. Constructing high-quality Outdoor Blinds,

2. Installing outdoor blinds, awnings, and window shades

3. Performing general handyman duties, such as minor repairs and maintenance

4. Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional results

5. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently

6. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: Outdoor blind installation, handyman work, or carpentry

2. A minimum of 3 years experience in outdoor blind installation

3. Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret basic plans

4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

5. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team

6. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation

7. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
