Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum depending on experience (Plus Superannuation)  Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant.

Tyre Doctor is seeking a OTR Tyre Repairer to join our team. We're looking for a motivated and eager individual to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, growing business. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out OTR tyre repairs in accordance with Australian Standards
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and workshop areas in a safe and clean condition
• Supporting stock handling, storage and inventory organisation
• Completing administrative paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Participating in safety programs, reporting hazards and attending weekly safety meetings
• Maintaining technical knowledge through training and development opportunities

• Identify faults and report any potential hazards on tyres.
• Carry out manual handling tasks.

 Skills & Experience:

• Previous tyre fitting, repair or mechanical experience 
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• High Risk Forklift Licence (or ability to obtain)

• Reliable, with a solid work ethic
• Knowledge of safety practices in a workshop environment
• A team player, always willing to assist colleagues across the branch
• Mechanical aptitude
