You’ll be responsible for fitting, repairing, balancing and rotating tyres, performing wheel alignments, and providing excellent customer service. This hands-on role offers plenty of variety within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Fit, balance, repair, rotate and inspect tyres on passenger, 4WD, light truck and agricultural vehicles.
• Perform wheel alignments in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct tyre pressure checks and visual inspections to identify wear, damage or alignment issues.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and equipment in good working condition.
• Accurately record job details, parts usage and work performed.
• Assist with stock control and ensure correct labelling, storage and disposal of tyres.
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional conduct and clear communication.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tyre Fitter
• Current manual driver’s licence (HR or forklift licence a bonus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction
