Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase vehicle enquiries, strengthen our brand presence and support dealership sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to promote dealership vehicles and generate customer enquiries, finance leads, test drive bookings and vehicle sales.
• Develop advertising strategies to increase consumer awareness and highlight key vehicle features, pricing, finance options, warranties and promotional offers.
• Prepare and coordinate vehicle advertisements, including advertising copy, promotional content, photographs and online listings across digital platforms.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, customer demand and buyer preferences to identify effective marketing opportunities and improve vehicle positioning.
• Conduct market research to support pricing, promotional activities and dealership marketing initiatives.
• Create, schedule and publish marketing content across Facebook Marketplace, social media channels, dealership websites and other online advertising platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and online vehicle advertisements by analysing enquiries, lead quality, customer engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Analyse digital marketing data and recommend improvements to advertising content, keywords, images, vehicle descriptions and promotional strategies to maximise visibility and customer engagement.
• Provide marketing recommendations to support stock presentation, pricing strategies and monthly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with dealership business goals.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant marketing experience (or as otherwise required under the applicable migration requirements).
• Experience in digital marketing, social media advertising and online content management.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyse marketing data and prepare recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
