• Previous auto industry experience is a plus but not essential. We are more focussed on finding an enthusiastic person who genuinely enjoys helping people and is a natural at building relationships with our existing and potential guests.
• If you present yourself professionally (in attire and attitude), have a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn, then you may who we are looking for.
• Cultivating our team through training and personal development is our thing. We'll teach you the value of each step in the sales process as you help us coordinate all the activities associated with the sale and the delivery our vehicles.
• It's a high-pressure environment, so you'll have to come up to speed quickly. You will be expected to meet the KPI's and sales targets we set for you. You'll also need to be a team player and work well with everyone in your group and our other departments.
