Trainee Used Car Sales Consultant wanted to join the growing team at Chatswood Toyota!

General Duties

Become proficient with product knowledge and the sales process aided by your sales manager and colleagues

Learn the “Ins and outs” of the dealership to ensure comfortability when speaking with customers

Complete/attend online and onsite training

Identify and convert leads into new business opportunities

Actively develop relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey

Be positive and willing to learn!

You will be joining the Chatswood Toyota team on a permanent basis, primarily responsible for assisting our customers through the purchasing journey of their next dream vehicle.

Previous experience in Car Sales is not required. We are recruiting candidates who enjoy connecting and engaging with people. Candidates from various customer-facing roles including: Health & Fitness, Hospitality, Retail, Sales, Real Estate or similar are encouraged!

Must Haves

• Confident and articulate communication

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

• Self-sufficient, flexible, and keen to build a customer database

• Proven ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment

• Strong focus and passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Current drivers license.

• 5 day week with availability for weekend work.
