About the Role

Denza Brisbane are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in automotive sales representing a premium, future‑focused brand, with full training and support provided.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer focus who is eager to learn, develop sales skills, and grow within a professional dealership environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting with new vehicle enquiries
• Learning to present and demonstrate Denza vehicle models and features
• Supporting experienced Sales Consultants during test drives and deliveries
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow‑up activities
• Developing skills to manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
• Working closely with the wider dealership team to deliver a premium customer experience

Skills & Experience

• A genuine interest in sales and the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, can‑do attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on feedback
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Previous customer‑facing or sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Current driver's licence
