Mr flooring has an exciting opportunity for a Timber Floor Installation Specialist to join our experienced team in Adelaide, SA. As a casual role, this position will involve the installation and maintenance of high-quality timber flooring across residential and commercial properties. What you'll be doing

Accurately measuring, cutting and installing timber flooring to the highest standards
Preparing subfloors and ensuring proper subfloor preparation
Providing expert advice to customers on product selection, installation and ongoing care
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
Collaborating with the team to meet project timelines and budgets
Participating in continuous improvement and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in timber floor installation or a related building trades role
Strong practical skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality workmanship
Good time management and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice
A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
