Duce Timber Windows & Doors are a family-owned joinery business operating since 1934 located in Bundamba. We specialise in the manufacturer of high-quality timber windows and doors and associated products.

We are looking for an experienced 4 sider Moulder Operator / Wood Machinist to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of timber doors and joinery products, including:

• Operating and setting up 4 sider moulder and other machinery as required.

• Reading and interpreting job sheets and drawings

• Producing high-quality work

• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workspace

• Working collaboratively with the production team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a 4 sider Moulder Operator, Joiner, or Wood Machinist

• Possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a 4 sider Moulder Operator or Wood Machinist

• Has strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Understands and follows workplace health & safety procedures

• Trade qualifications are preferred but not essential for the right candidate with proven experience.
