About the role

Supergates Fencing and Automation is seeking a skilled and experienced Fencing & Gate Installer to join our growing team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This full-time role is responsible for the installation and maintenance of a wide range of residential and commercial fencing and gate solutions across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Measure, and install Aluminium & Steel Fencing & Gates
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide recommendations
• Undertake site survey/measurements and prepare mud maps installation preparation notes.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting safety and quality standards
• Follow in-house Guidelines & Standards
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, and operate company vehicles and equipment safely
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation processes and techniques

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a fencing or gate installer, with a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques
  OR
• Proven experience in similar or complimentary trades
   
• Competent in reading technical drawings and plans
• Skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools required for fencing installation
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites across the region
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
