 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Technician (Diesel Mechanic), you will:

• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of heavy diesel agriculture and construction equipment in the field and in the workshop
• Inspect and test repaired mechanical parts for proper performance, safety and reliability. 
• Provide expert advice and support to customers, helping them get the most from their machines
• Accurately document all work completed, including parts used ad time taken
• Travel to customer sites at short notice ad adapt to changing schedules as needed
• Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent
• Solid experience in Field Service, especially with heavy diesel equipment and major repairs
• Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, Hydraulics
• Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and professional attitude
• Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
• A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
• Holds relevant certifications or qualifications
