We are seeking a Food Technologist to oversee product development, quality control, and process optimization. You will collaborate with production teams to ensure our stocks meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations.

Task & responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests (sensory, microbiological, chemical).
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FSANZ).
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams on raw material selection.
• Troubleshoot product issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of formulations, tests, and compliance.
• Packing testing and validation.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FSANZ).
• Strong analytical skills (lab testing, shelf-life studies).
• Experience with thermal processing (for stocks) or pasteurization (for juices) is a plus.
• Experience in UHT processing for Milk and Stocks.
