What You’ll Do
As a key player in our operations team, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish:

• Manage the full installation lifecycle – from check measures and scheduling to job preparation and client handover

• Lead and support a team of installers to deliver high-quality finishes

• Maintain an organised, safe, and clean worksite in line with Soltex standards

• Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and top-tier customer service throughout the process

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a motivated professional who combines trade skills with natural leadership and a passion for problem-solving.

Required:

• Valid manual driver’s license

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials - Must be hands-on and comfortable working on-site as part of the team

• Great communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Proven experience leading teams of tradesmen onsite delivering excellent results

• Previous experience with automated Louvre Roof installation

• Strong experience in site measuring, ordering, fabrication, and product installation

Highly Desirable:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with similar products and manufactures within our product range

• Background in warehousing, logistics, or project coordination

• Team leadership or mentoring experience
