The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Stylist / Fitter to join our team full-time.

This is a key role within the business ideal for someone who is:

• Highly skilled in garment fitting and pinning

• Confident working with bridal, formalwear, and luxury garments

• Professional, reliable, and aligned with a team-first environment

You will play an important role in delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting a structured, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client fittings with confidence and precision

• Pin garments accurately for alterations (bridal, formalwear, menswear & everyday wear)

• Provide expert advice on garment fit, structure, and styling

• Ensure clear and accurate communication with tailors

• Perform quality control on completed garments

• Manage client expectations with professionalism and care

• Assist with shop accounts and client relationships

• Support daily operations including garment organisation and workflow coordination

• Identify opportunities to upsell services where appropriate

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in garment fitting / styling / alterations

• Strong technical understanding of garment construction

• Experience with bridal and formalwear fittings

• High attention to detail and workmanship standards

• Strong communication and client service skills
