About the role

Based in our Beresfield NSW branch and reporting to the Clothing Team Leader, this role is responsible for the embroidery of clothing orders for our customers. Coupled with this role will be working with the Embroidery team to schedule the workflow and orders to accommodate both the work load and the customers’ expectations

Your Duties will include

• Carry out Embroidery work utilizing the onsite machinery and software programs (Tajima 8 & 4 head machines)

• Work within a team environment towards a common goal

• Ensuring that the equipment is working efficiently, production risk is minimized and products being embroidered are of good quality.

• Analyzing and understanding project specifications and clients’ needs before starting each embroidery project.

• Selecting the thread, fabric, hoops, and designs appropriate to each project.

• Performing regular machine and inventory inspections

• Providing suggestions regarding the design, placement, and fabric and thread selection

• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers that are associated with clothing orders

• Working with the team on the continuous improvement plans

Skills and Experience:

• Embroidery experience with 8 & 4 head machines (workwear & Corporate clothing division)

• Experience & exposure in a similar field will be favourable

• Well organized and self-starter who can work in a team towards one goal 

• Be customer and solutions orientated 

• Good computer skills
