Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and guide your team to meet targets Deliver strong results by achieving KPIs and surpassing sales goals Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers Use your product expertise to strengthen customer confidence and loyalty Keep the workshop safe, organised, and running efficiently Uphold Quality Assurance processes and high service standards About You: Demonstrated leadership experience within an automotive service centre Results-focused with a proven background in sales and customer service excellence Dependable and confident in driving team performance and accountability Current WA driver’s licence (essential) Automotive trade qualification (advantageous, not mandatory) Available Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen (essential)
