$75,000 - $85,000 Annual

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting and finishing vehicle surfaces to a high standard, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Task & responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking and priming before painting
Mix and match paint colours to achieve the required finish
Apply paint using spray guns and other specialised equipment
Ensure a high-quality finish and attention to detail on all vehicles
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
Maintain painting equipment and ensure the workspace is clean and safe
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Qualification & experience

1–2 years of experience in a similar vehicle painting or automotive refinishing role
Good knowledge of automotive paint products, tools and techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills

Qualifications:

Relevant industrial or trade qualification in automotive refinishing/vehicle painting is desirable but not mandatory
