We are seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full refinish process on late-model vehicles to OEM and Tesla standards.

Task & responsibilities

• Surface preparation (sanding, masking, priming, sealing)
• Colour matching and mixing (waterborne systems)
• Application of basecoat and clearcoat to manufacturer specification
• Final inspection, detailing, polishing, and quality assurance
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safety-focused booth and mixing environment

Qualification & experience

• Trade qualification as an Automotive Spray Painter
• Takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys being part of a professional, supportive team
• Proven colour-matching skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with modern paint and refinish systems
