What’s on Offer:

• $61,150 – $76,500 + super
• + Penalty Rates:

Weeknights (after 7pm) – 120%

Overtime 150%

• + Commissions:

$5 per client rebooking

$5 per client request

10% on product sales

• Full-time or Part-time hours (permanent, guaranteed) – with real flexibility.

About the Role

This is a spa-focused therapist position in a calming, premium environment—not your typical high-volume salon. You’ll perform:

• Relaxation and aromatherapy massage
• Organic facials, LED and microdermabrasion
• Face and body sugaring, waxing and tinting

We provide full onboarding and ongoing training to keep your skills sharp and your confidence high.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Beauty Therapy (minimum required).
• Spa or wellness clinic experience is ideal, but newly qualified therapists are also encouraged to apply—we’re here to support your development.
