Endota spa Mildura is a spacious spa with 9 treatment beds plus, tan room and client relaxation lounge and is located in the vibrant river and restaurant end of Mildura City Heart.

The Position

Whether you are a new graduate with no experience, a dedicated skin geek or a passionate therapist who's been out of the industry for a while, the Endota network is the best place to be in the Wellbeing Space!

Endota therapists are passionate about providing a high level of customer service to our clients throughout their wellness journey. 

In the role of a therapist, you will perform spa and beauty treatments, advise clients on products and regimes, and recommend home-care solutions. Using your beauty knowledge, you will prescribe your client’s skincare needs, offering products and solutions.. You are encouraged to take ownership of your treatment room including set up, pack down and cleanliness. 

We love to enhance existing skills and also provide training for therapists in new modalities and techniques. 

Comprehensive induction training begins every therapist's journey with us.

Our Expectations

• You hold Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or currently studying)

• You are dedicated to the wellbeing industry & providing immersive experiences for our clients

• You are a professional who cares about the quality of service delivered to your clients

• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise for client and personal satisfaction

• You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy

This Role is ideal for a passionate, self-motivating and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist, committed to providing the best client care, wanting to work with a like-minded and nurturing professional team.  Our environment also suits therapists wanting to continue to develop their knowledge and access an exciting career path, or qualified therapists who are returning to the industry after a break.
