Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Greet guests and manage reservations with a friendly and professional demeanour.

• Treatment Provision: Perform a variety of treatments, including facials, body massages, waxing, and tinting.

• Software Use: Utilize Kitomba, our booking software, to efficiently manage appointments.

• Client Guidance: Advise clients on the best products and treatments to meet their needs.

• Social Media Management: Help improve and maintain and enhance our online presence.

• General Duties: Perform general spa duties, including cleaning, laundry, and opening/closing tasks.

Skills and Experiences

• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.

• Relevant Experience: Previous experience must be gained within a spa or wellness centre environment.

• Qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or currently studying.

• Passion: A genuine love for skincare and beauty products and services.

• Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.

• Ability: Proficiency in providing a combination of facials, massages, and beauty treatments.

• Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Australia.
