About the role

endota spa Kew is seeking a Casual Beauty Therapist to join our team.

This is a casual position offering flexible working roster to suit your lifestyle within our dynamic business structure opportunities.

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be delivering exceptional spa experiences to our clients, providing professional beauty and wellness treatments in a modern day spa environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about skincare, beauty treatments, spa massage packages and creating memorable experiences for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and massage to clients

2. Consulting with clients to understand their wellness, skincare and beauty needs, while recommending appropriate products and treatments

3. Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, sterilisation, and professional excellence throughout all treatments

4. Operating spa equipment and utilising premium products safely and effectively

5. Providing endota product advice and treatment recommendations to deliver amazing treatment results and client satisfaction

6. Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat bookings and loyalty to endota Kew

7. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues while developing your own professional beauty therapist skills and day spa experience

8. Maintaining accurate treatment records and providing client information to improve their wellness journey

What we're looking for

1. Current qualifications in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised certification in beauty day spa treatments

2. Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a spa, salon, or similar professional environment

3. Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and the ability to assess client skin types and create treatment plans

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for client care and enjoyable team work

5. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to casual scheduling requirements and client booking requests

6. Attention to maintaining endota uniform presentation standards, treatment room set up, hygiene and professionalism

7. Committed to learning, developing professional skills, with the ability to learn from senior therapists and training manager in a relaxing atmosphere
