About Us

Marlo Spa is our well-established, iconic day spa in Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. We are enjoying our relocation into Hotel Sorrento, welcoming the hotel guest into our already friendly and professional spa. Our approach within our services is always through wellness, we believe in authentic beauty.

About the role

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Beauty Therapist will include but not limited to:

• Perform a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments, including facials, skin needling, manicures, pedicures, make-up, waxing (sugaring), ayurvedic massages and wellness treatments

• Conduct consultations with a wellness approach

• Customize treatments and products to suit client needs

• Maintain organized work areas and high cleanliness standards

• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends

• Maintain strong client relationships

• Contributing to the overall team monthly targets

• Collaborate effectively with other team members to create a positive and harmonious work environment.

• Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate client records

About you 

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy

• Availability for Saturday or Sunday shifts 

• Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills 

• Pro-active and self-managed approach to work 

• Be willing to work efficiently within a team.
