About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Sage Spa & Beauty in Mackay, Queensland. As a full-time Beauty Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional beauty services and treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, nail services, and waxing

• Candidates must have direct experience with facials and waxing as these are essential treatment areas for this position

• Providing high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

• Advising clients on product recommendations and home care routines

• Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa environment

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to client satisfaction

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality treatments

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Enthusiasm for continuing education and professional development
