Due to strong demand for solar and battery storage solutions, we are looking for a motivated and professional Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our growing Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity to work with warm, qualified leads and represent high-quality energy solutions in one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with homeowners and businesses to design tailored solar and battery solutions, conduct consultations, and guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to close.

Consultations are conducted via phone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing warm inbound enquiries and qualified appointments

• Conducting professional sales consultations with residential and commercial customers

• Recommending tailored solar and battery storage solutions

• Building strong customer relationships and referral opportunities

• Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

• Staying up to date with products, rebates, and industry developments

• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a strong closing ability

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Clear, confident and professional spoken English

• A polished and customer-focused approach

• Confidence conducting consultations over phone

• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills

• Experience in solar, electrical, energy, automotive, real estate or in-home sales is highly regarded

• Driver’s licence required
