The Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our installation team at NJC Solar. We welcome:

• Qualified Electricians with solar and battery installation accreditations

• Skilled Labourers eager to work alongside electricians and gain hands-on experience

You will be responsible for:

• Installing solar panels and battery storage systems on residential homes

• Packing and unloading gear from Installations at our warehouse

• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

• Collaborating with the team to complete typical jobs in 1 day

About You

Electricians:

• Current electrical license required

• Solar and battery accreditation (Clean Energy Council)

• Strong focus on safety and workmanship

Labourers:

• Construction, electrical or roofing experience preferred

• Willingness to learn on the job and assist electricians

• Comfortable with heights and physically demanding work

• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
