Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Torella Group is a growing automotive and powersports group representing some of the most exciting vehicle and motorcycle brands in Australia. We are looking for a creative, highly organised Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to take full ownership of our digital presence across all brands, platforms and websites.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how to turn vehicles into aspirational content, and can manage multiple brands with clarity, consistency and strong execution.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, scheduling, influencer coordination and digital execution across Torella Group’s portfolio.

You will be responsible for content and digital marketing across:

• RAM Trucks

• LDV

• Renault

• KGM / SsangYong

• Indian Motorcycles

• Royal Enfield

• Polaris

• Segway Powersports

• Pre-Owned Vehicles

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, create and schedule engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms

• Own and manage the social media and content calendars for all brands

• Create vehicle, motorcycle and lifestyle content including:

  • Walk-arounds

  • Reels and short-form video

  • Launch content

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Event and showroom content

• Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms and websites

• Coordinate and manage website content, including banners, promotions and updates

• Stay ahead of digital and social trends and adapt them to the automotive and motorcycle space

• Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers and brand partners

• Coordinate influencer gifting, vehicle loans and partnerships where applicable

• Attend and support:

  • Vehicle launches

  • Brand activations

  • Events and shoots

• Work closely with sales, marketing and management teams to align content with commercial goals

• Track and report on performance including:

  • Engagement

  • Growth

  • Lead and enquiry contribution

  • Campaign results

About you

• Experience in social media, digital marketing & content creation

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

• Confident hands-on content creator (video, reels, photography)

• Excellent eye for branding, presentation and storytelling

• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple brands at once

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded

• A genuine interest in cars, motorcycles and powersports (highly regarded)

• Australian work rights required
