We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technician/Mechanic to join our team at our BIBRA LAKE warehouse on a full-time basis.

Task & responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles
• Performs wheel alignment
• General repair of suspension and steering components and suspension upgrades
• Conduct safety inspections and identify potential issues
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and recommend solutions
• Work with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Provide excellent customer service and clear explanations of repairs and maintenance requirements
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures
• Brake repairs and moderate electrical installations such as towbars

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a motor vehicle mechanic
• Relevant qualifications in Automotive Mechanics preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid full driver’s licence 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
