About the role

Are you a hands-on professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for high-quality work? Fleetmark, a national leader in providing signage solutions predominantly in the fleet and commercial sector, is seeking a talented Signage Installer to join our team in Dandenong South, Melbourne. 

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Onsite / Offsite Sign / SAV Installation
• Basic knowledge of vehicle wraps an advantage.
• Participate as part of our signage team to build skill; generate positive morale and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with all department supervisors and team members regarding quality and production completion timelines.
• Ensure production activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company and legislative requirements.
• Installation of Signage Boards, SAV signage including vehicles, truck curtains and other substrates.
• Ensure consistent quality outcomes at a high standard.
• Work under direction and autonomously from time to time.
• Any adhoc related duties throughout the workshop as directed.

To be considered, you will:

• Experience with a broad range of signage types, build methods and materials.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of signage installation on site at customer premises.
• Highly organised and process driven.
• Licences include Current drivers’ licence. 
• Must be reliable with own transport.
• Must be able to work efficiently to achieve desired commercial outcomes.
• Have an eye for detail and a high-quality standard.
• Capability to work successfully on your own within a team environment.
• Understand and adhere to strict OH&S compliance.
• Have full Australian Working Rights

In addition to the above, preference would be given to candidates that have:

• Experience in SAV signage installation at an advanced level including vehicle wraps.
• Trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
• Elevating work platform certificate of competency an advantage
• White card.

Your starting hourly rate will be dependent on your current skills and experience.
