Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Geomembrane Professional Technicians and supervisors to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and quality assurance of geomembrane systems on various projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Deployment: Execute the installation of geomembrane systems in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and testing of geomembrane installations to ensure compliance with LMI’s quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients regarding geomembrane materials, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure successful project delivery and address any technical challenges that arise.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation processes, inspections, and testing results, contributing to project documentation and reporting.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to geomembrane systems, and participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of geomembrane systems or related geosynthetic materials.

• Strong understanding of geosynthetic technology, installation methods, and quality assurance practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Relevant certifications in geosynthetics or construction safety (e.g., OSHA, SWMS) are preferred.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and perform physical tasks associated with installation activities.
