A fantastic opportunity has come available to become part of a supportive team and operate from a modern, well-equipped facility that services both our Parramatta and Five Dock dealerships.

We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What the role involves:

• Meet and greet customers in our service centre

• Provide information, process invoices and payments

• Liaise with the workshop and provide updates to customers

• Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

• Exceed company and manufacturers customer satisfaction targets

• Assist with vehicle movements and deliveries and other duties as required

What we are looking for:

• Customer service experience in a Service Advisor role

• Qualified or partial completion of mechanical apprenticeship highly regarded

• Well presented, outgoing and plenty of confidence

• A passion for cars

• A current drivers license

• Willingness to provide/obtain a criminal history check
