We are looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our small, dynamic team at Banks Hair on a full time basis. Apprentices whom are 3rd year are also encouraged to apply!

As a full time Senior Hairdresser you will play a vital role in looking after our valued clients with exceptional hair dressing along with a beautiful experience.

• Excellent communication and able a stand out customer experience 
• Strong professional skills in cutting, colouring + styling
• Someone who has passion for the industry
• Commitment to ongoing training and staying up to date with trends
• Senior who has completed a certificate 3 OR 3rd year apprentice
• Ability to grow a client base quickly so we can mentor you to reach those weekly commissions

• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Help guide and mentor our junior staff
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the salon
• Keep up to date with the latest hair and fashion trends and the latest techniques 
• Delivering a variety of colouring, haircutting + styling services to our clients 
• Maintain efficiency with a fully booked day

Banks hair is located on Walcott Street in the heart of Coolbinia (between Mt Lawley and North Perth). We not only do incredible hair and are dedicated to providing the best possible services to our clients but what we really specialise in, is people. Being able to give that to people is such a gift and we have fostered our entire approach and our team culture around making sure every single client every single time feels heard, seen and cared for. 

We are a small, but mighty team of 4 in this huge newly built salon. Myself, Leon the salon owner (HI!), along with a senior stylist, a 3rd year apprentice and a 2nd year apprentice. You may very well be our missing puzzle piece!
