Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and restore accident-damaged vehicles in accordance with insurance claim approvals.
• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and mechanical adjustments with insurance repair standards for accident-damaged vehicles.
• Use a modern diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify accident-related mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensure a repair work complies with safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and insurance guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of insurance repair jobs with team members to deliver efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for insurance-related accidental vehicle repair cases.
• Be able to quote vehicle appraisal based on pre-repair and post-repair conditions of the accident damaged vehicles.

Qualification & experience

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Automotive Technology (or equivalent qualification).
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a motor mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
