We are seeking experienced Security personnel for casual, part-time, and full-time roles across various locations in Perth, Working closely each day with our clients in retail and commercial properties you will focus on providing fantastic customer service to all asset users.

    We have an opportunity for 2 casual Security Officers to join our Security department.     Based at Hope Island Resort, We provide 24/7 Security services to residents and several surrounding businesses.     This position can lead to full time work, with attractive rostering and shift structure, Award hourly rates + Penalty rates for Night, Weekend and Public Holidays.     Our Security Officer's are responsible for maintaining and promoting a safe and secure environment for all residents, guests and employees of the resort.     Duties include, yet not limited to:     Patrolling the resort, properties and surveillance duties     Security alarm monitoring, CCTV, and alarm response     Traffic control & parking related duties     Checking alarm systems and fire equipment      Writing operational logs and accurate record keeping     Incident response, investigation, report writing     Safeguarding company assets     Managing security risks     Respond to emergency situations & liaise with emergency services     Building & maintaining positive working relationships - including residents, staff & contractors     We're looking for:     Previous experience & knowledge as a Security Officer is ideal, performing the above duties in a       similar work environment     Provide a consistent high standard of 5-star service     Maintain a friendly, professional and positive attitude     Excellent communication, sound decision making and negotiation skills     Ability to work well in a team environment or responsible to work autonomously     Build & maintain effective working relationships     Attention to detail, highly organised & excellent time management skills     Excellent personal presentation     Knowledge of fire safety equipment & response     Knowledge of first aid & emergency response equipment     Perform duties in accordance with workplace procedures and standards     Competent using Computer systems for monitoring, data entry and report writing    You must have    Current QLD Security Licence (incl.
