Job Description:

As a Professional Security Guard at 3M Security Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the protection of our clients, staff, and assets. You will be expected to always maintain a professional demeanor, providing a visible security presence while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and assets

- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or incidents

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and staff with any security-related concerns

- Collaborate with management and staff to develop and implement security protocols and procedures

- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols

- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records of security-related activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a security guard, preferably in a luxury boutique or high-end retail environment

- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

- Strong observational and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid security license/certification and First Aid course
