CONSTANT is actively seeking an experienced Security Officer to join the team on a permanent basis in Moore Park, Sydney.

As a Retail Security Officer, you’ll be a visible and approachable presence deterring theft, supporting staff and customers, and responding to incidents with confidence and professionalism.  Please note, to be considered for this role you must be available to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts.  About The Role Monitor foot traffic and deter theft or suspicious behaviour Support retail staff during difficult customer interactions Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence in-store Operate surveillance, alarm, and access control systems Liaise with centre management and emergency services where necessary Complete accurate daily shift and incident reports About You Previous experience in retail security or loss prevention Experience using CCTV or incident reporting tools VIC Security Licence Nationally Accredited First Aid/CPR Certificate VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) VIC Working with Children Check (WWCC) Why Should You Join Us?
