Task & responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include: 

• Carrying out logbook servicing, mechanical repairs, and fault diagnostics 
• Completing Job Cards on our online system 
• Working up quotes and sending to clients for approvals 
• Working on engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and general mechanical & electrical repairs 
• Gaining exposure to multiple makes and models 
• Working alongside a practical, supportive team to keep jobs running smoothly 
• Communicating clearly with other staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction 
• Taking pride in your workmanship and contributing to a safe, organised workshop.

Qualification & experience

What we’re looking for: 

• Trade qualified (Cert III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar) 
• 5 years of experience as a qualified mechanic 
• Diagnostic & mechanical repair skills across multiple vehicles 
• Auto electrics experience desirable 
• Excellent communication 
• Valid driver’s licence 
• Able to work well in a workshop team and maintain high workmanship standards.
