As a Contract Building & Pest Inspector, you’ll:

• Conduct pre-purchase building and pest inspections across residential properties

• Detect structural defects, timber pest activity, moisture issues, and safety risks

• Deliver easy-to-read, photo-backed reports within 24–48 hours

• Communicate findings with confidence and professionalism to clients and agents

• Represent inspectmate as a trusted, integrity-driven expert

What You’ll Need

• DBU / Certificate IV in Building, Timber Pest Management certification (or equivalent)

• Solid background in building/construction (5+ years preferred)

• Inspection or defect-analysis experience highly regarded

• ABN and ability to contract as an independent operator
