We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Maintenance Assistant to join our experienced team based in Osborne Park. This is an opportunity for an experienced or entry level handy person, with full training provided.

The main focus of this position is to perform general routine and preventative maintenance for Clinipath equipment and facilities to ensure they operate efficiently and our brand is well represented. 

Key duties include:

• Day to day and routine maintenance and minor repairs including minor painting and plaster repairs at Clinipath properties and facilities.

• Furniture collections, installations and relocations.

• Completing maintenance documentation including work order and service reports.

• Driving light company vehicles. 

• Maintaining a safe working environment.

• Assist in the coordination of external maintenance contractor visits.

The successful applicant should have:

• Excellent DIY skills including following safe work procedures such as working with power tools and ladders. 

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• The ability to multi-task, work cooperatively within a small team and independently.

• General computer knowledge and skills. 

• Professional appearance and communication skills.

• A current unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s licence.

• Current National Police Clearance, or the willingness to gain one.

• The right to work in Australia.

Previous experience in building maintenance preferred however on-site training will be provided for the right candidate.  

This is a permanent part-time role, working between the hours of 8am – 4pm, 3 days per week.
