Job Opening: Trade Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Trade Assistant to assist our Passive Fire Technicians at Multiple sites across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. You will be assisting our senior teams of technician on all aspects of passive fire rating, fire sealing, and penetrations, including fire dampers and fire doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a growing company.

Responsibilities

As a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for:

·         Installing and repairing fire-rated materials.

·         Installing fire sealing products, fire collars, and fire-rated mastic.

·         Creating fire-rated enclosures.

·         Registration of passive fire penetrations in our Passive Fire App

·         Working across various sites in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

·         Minimum 3 years of construction experience.

·         Experience in Fire Protection Industry (advantage).

·         Reliability and a willingness to learn.

·         Trade/construction experience.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Adherence to WHS standards.

·         Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions.

·         A valid driver's license and construction card.

·         Valid Australian work rights.

·         Willing to undergo pre-employment medical
