We are looking for an energetic and passionate Salon Manager to lead our experienced and creative team at A.H Salon Surry Hills. This is a rare opportunity to manage a flagship salon in the heart of Sydney with over 20 stations and a large, dynamic team.

The Role

The Salon Manager role is a full-time management position. While the ideal candidate must be a qualified hairdresser by trade, this role does not involve taking on their own clients. Instead, your focus will be on leading the team, managing the salon’s operations, and ensuring the highest level of client care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing client bookings and customer service inquiries

- Overseeing budgets, stock control, and salon ordering

- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large team of stylists and apprentices

- Managing the front desk and reception team

- Working with the education team to support ongoing staff training and development

- Building strong relationships with key suppliers

- Ensuring a seamless, premium client experience at every touchpoint

About You

We are seeking someone with:

- A bright personality and a natural passion for people, community, and customer service

- Hairdressing qualifications (this is essential)

- Previous salon management experience preferred, but not essential

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- A love of building team culture, motivating others, and ensuring every client leaves feeling incredible
