As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to join our Wangara team.

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Trade Assistant to support our technicians with the installation, maintenance and refurbishment of fuel tanks, bowsers and fuel management systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage third party entry/exit and movements

- Assist tradespeople with the service, repair, and installation of fuel storage and dispensing equipment

- Perform basic mechanical and general workshop tasks

- Organize workshop tools, materials, and equipment

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

- Support tank refurbishments, equipment testing and general workshop duties

- Follow all safety procedures, including JSA’s, SWMS and company HSE policies

- Occasional travel to customer sites across WA

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant, labourer, or similar hands-on role

- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

-Forklift licence

- Safety-first mindset

- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

- Valid driver’s licence (manual licence preferred)

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- White Card

- Basic mechanical or electrical trade exposure

- Experience in fuel, transport, or industrial environments
