We are looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused individual to join our team at JAX Tyres & Auto Caloundra as a Sales & CX (Customer Experience) Associate on a full-time basis.

As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Located in beautiful Caloundra, QLD, our store is known for its friendly and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with selecting the right products and services for their vehicles

• Providing friendly and professional advice at the front counter and over the phone

• Processing sales transactions and managing bookings

• Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns

• Supporting the workshop team with job coordination where required

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment

• Completing basic administrative tasks and record keeping

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

• Interest or knowledge in the automotive industry is highly regarded

• Availability to work Saturday mornings (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
