Bayside European Motor Group is a family owned business that has business's and dealerships in Mornington, Cheltenham, Elsternwick and Glenhuntly. Consisting of Volkswagen, GAC, Geely, Peugeot, Cupra & Mornington 4X4 Ironman.

We are seeking a motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Geely team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a modern, innovative brand while building a long-term career within a respected dealer group.

About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving new vehicle sales targets. You'll work within a supportive, high-performing team environment with access to ongoing training and career development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Selling new Geely vehicles and related products
• Delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry to delivery
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Maintaining accurate CRM and sales documentation
• Representing the Geely brand in a professional manner

About You

You're a driven and customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building rapport and closing deals.

You'll bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven attitude
• Professional presentation and approach
• Ability to work weekends
• Able to work in a team environment
• Current driver's licence
