The Role

As the face of our East Maitland store, you’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience while contributing to strong sales performance and long-term customer loyalty.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice on tyres, wheels and automotive services — becoming the go-to tyre and automotive specialist in the store

• Building lasting relationships through clear, honest recommendations

• Managing phone enquiries, quotes and bookings

• Preparing invoices and processing payments

• Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop team

• Maintaining strong product knowledge across tyres, batteries and mechanical services

• Supporting store sales targets and KPIs

• Ensuring every customer leaves confident, informed and satisfied

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in retail or sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A genuine passion for the automotive and tyre industry

• Previous tyre or automotive industry experience highly preferred

• Motivated and eager to grow your career

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Confidence using POS systems and handling administrative tasks

• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset

• Availability to work Saturdays
