What You’ll Be Doing

• Use your mechanical expertise to advise customers on tyres, vehicle maintenance, and automotive solutions

• Build strong customer relationships and provide trusted recommendations

• Drive sales and achieve store targets through solution-focused selling

• Maintain accurate sales records and support day-to-day store operations

• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Ensure every customer leaves safe, confident, and with peace of mind driving

What We’re Looking For

• Workshop experience or previous experience in a sales/customer service role

• Strong tyre and automotive industry experience 

• Compute Savvy (Marlin Experience Advantageous)

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

• Genuine drive to help customers and grow sales

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Availability to work Saturdays
