Your Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a central role in driving dealership performance, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring every customer’s experience is exceptional. You will:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate sales consultants

• Drive monthly targets and support team success with hands-on leadership

• Oversee showroom presentation, inventory management, and stock levels

• Collaborate with Marketing to boost lead generation and foot traffic

• Build strong relationships with OEMs, financiers, and long-term customers

• Analyse KPIs and report regularly to senior management

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager role—caravan/RV or automotive preferred

• A genuine interest in customer experience and lifestyle-focused products

• A motivational leadership style and track record of driving performance

• Commercial thinking, resilience, and strong team ethics

• Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting systems

• A valid driver’s licence (essential)
