About the role

In this full-time role based in Maffra / Sale, VIC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of the company's range of quality vehicles. With a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients, this position is crucial to the ongoing growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a world-class customer experience to both prospective and existing clients

• Demonstrating vehicles and closing sales in a professional and consultative manner

• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and industry trends

• Actively prospecting for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and referrals

• Accurately processing sales paperwork and ensuring a seamless purchase process

• Delivering outstanding after-sales customer service and support

• Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and collective targets

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry

• A passion for customer service and the ability to build strong relationships

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• A confident, driven and resilient personality

• Strong organisational and time management capabilities

• A current driver's licence and willingness to undergo a police check
