BYD South Australia require a full-time team member to join the new BYD St Mary's Experience Centre.

This position requires a 5-day work week, including Saturdays, with a flexible rostered day off (RDO) each week.

Regardless of your work history, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and an engaging personality. A flexible and agile approach is essential to support our business as it expands across South Australia and Australia.

Experience in this role is not a prerequisite although customer service is.

A BYD Product Specialist will assist & introduce our customers to the exciting BYD product, working alongside a highly supportive team. You will be trained & educated to know all the specifics of the vehicles, from battery capabilities to performance features.

• Exceptional people skills
• Team orientated mindset
• Building relationships and educating in all matters of electric vehicles
• Ability to use tablet technology and capture customer data
• Excellent communication and transferring information
• Have a valid driver's license
• A natural passion for guiding and assisting customers
• A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing a challenge
