BYD has a unique opportunity for a Full Time Sales Consultant to join the team at our Mount Gravatt location. 

We are Eagers Automotive and we have joined the BYD retail network in Australia.  

Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for a Sales Consultant who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience. The BYD structure is unlike anything of the past. Not only is the product a reflection of the future, but the sales structure itself sets its people up for success.

We are seeking eager, enthusiastic, and passionate salespeople who have had previous experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

About this role: 

• Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step

• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – Finance and Insurance, Car Care

• Building relationships with customers and potential customers

• Managing vehicle deliveries

• Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs with a “nothing is a problem" attitude

• Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand new BYD Vehicle 

• Presenting yourself professionally 

Must haves:

• A valid driver’s license

• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets

• Ability to perform in high pressure environments

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills 

• A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing the challenge!
