About the role

As a Sales Assistant at AutoOne Woori Yallock, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail store. In this casual position, you will be based in Woori Yallock, VIC 3139, and will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping experience. Working alternate weekends and public holidays.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner

2. Assisting customers with product selection, providing recommendations, and answering any questions they may have

3. Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and ensuring the till is reconciled at the end of each shift

4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

5. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information to provide the best possible customer service

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or mechanical service role in the automotive industry.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude

4. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
