Help Customers Get Road‑Ready – join the Autobarn family as a casual Retail Sales Assistant!

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autobarn on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
• Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

About you

You’re hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you’re ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.

You’ll also bring:

• Strong work ethic and organisational skills
• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
• A genuine passion for helping customers.
• Basic computer literacy
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
