The Role:

The Cruisemaster Towing Performance Centre (TPC) team are the experts in the complete caravan experience – weight assessments, caravan servicing, repairs and retrofits. We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service and Repair Technician/Accessory Fitters to carry out the day-to-day servicing, repairs, and modifications at the centre.

In this hands-on role, you’ll report directly to the TPC Supervisor, performing technical tasks on trailers and tow vehicles to ensure high-quality outcomes for our customers. This is a practical position where you’ll be responsible for completing assigned jobs efficiently and professionally while contributing to the smooth running of the workshop.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing daily servicing, modifications, and repairs of trailers

Completing fabrication tasks,

Conducting general housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Completing all required checklists and paperwork accurately.

Conducting preventative maintenance as needed.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes or expand the product range.
